Colin Ferguson – Business Development Manager

Colin FergusonWith an extensive Financial Planning background, Colin has specialized in property investment since 1990.  He has been instrumental in devising leading-edge investment strategies within Investment House since 1993. 

Colin understands that the quality of property management can directly impact the return on his clients’ investments.  Unlike some MD’s, Col is always available to talk with clients about their investment activities and any concerns or challenges they might be experiencing.

Yolanda Revis – Business Manager

Yolanda RevisYolanda Revis knows firsthand how frustrating a bad property manager can be.  So she aims to use her experience to her clients’ advantage.  She has been a part of Investment House since 2003 and is an accountant with over 25 years management accounting and office administration experience.

Yolanda relates well to people from all walks of life is able to communicate effectively and empathetically to build solid relationships. Her skills apply to both landlords and tenants, so any issues can be dealt with quickly, effectively and with a minimum of disruption.
