Your team has just undertaken a rent review. That all went very smoothly, and I'm now getting an extra $15 per week - which came as a pleasant surprise given it's been such a short period.

I noticed your website talks about being proactive - I can certainly attest to your crew being exactly that.

In my own case, it was very pleasing to have them contact me a few months after letting the property with some precautionary recommendations. It was regarding the possibility of someone slipping on the steep driveway (particularly if it's wet). The block is far from flat, so there's not much choice in driveway design, but their recommendation of adding some landscaped steps to reduce the chance of anyone being hurt was well considered and timely. Much better that it be addressed before someone had a slip and fall.

I thought it was good that they highlighted the potential problem, but what was even better was the fact they brought A SOLUTION with them. It made it easy for me to say "Yep - let's do it". And then it was done quickly and without a fuss.

So, in a nutshell, I'm very happy with the Property Management team - they're doing a great job. And you're welcome to use this note to help promote your services to others who need a good crew to look after them.

When our Investment House project was finally completed in February, it was less than 2 weeks before our long-planned month's holiday in New Zealand.

Naturally, we were anxious about finding the right tenant and having all the arrangements in place before our departure. At this point, Yolanda Revis and her property management team stepped in. A suitable tenant was found and lease terms agreed within a short space of time.

It gave us great peace of mind to know that Yolanda would take care of everything in our absence, which included the final inspections, telephone connections and lawn mowing, and settling the tenant into the premises.
